**DynaResource** **(DYNR)** said its wholly-owned Mexican subsidiary DynaResource de México received MXN 69.5 million, roughly US$4.0 million, in cash from Mexico's tax authority SAT in connection with outstanding value-added tax (IVA) credits. The cash landed on September 2, 2026, and is the company's first IVA refund since 2023.

The payment follows a final SAT resolution approving MXN 75.0 million, about US$4.4 million, of IVA credits covering January 1 through June 30, 2025\. The balance beyond the cash payment was settled through administrative adjustments made by SAT. Proceeds remain subject to success-based advisory fees and other recovery costs.

As of July 31, 2026, DynaMéxico's outstanding IVA receivables totaled MXN 500 million, or about US$29.3 million, including the resolved amount. After this recovery roughly MXN 425 million, some US$24.9 million, is still outstanding and depends on separate refund applications and SAT review and audit procedures.

Chief executive **Rohan Hazelton** called the receipt *an important milestone for the Company* and said it represents *meaningful progress* in efforts to recover the balance owed. He added that he is hopeful the initial recovery will *begin to unlock the remaining five years' worth of IVA credits which total more than US$25 million*.

Under Mexican law businesses may request refunds of creditable IVA incurred in taxable or zero-rated activities, with each request subject to SAT review and possible audits. The company cautioned there can be no assurance as to the timing or amount of any future refunds.

DynaResource trades on the OTCQX and is mining and expanding the historic San Jose de Gracia gold district in Sinaloa, Mexico. For a junior producer, a $4.0 million cash inflow is a meaningful addition to liquidity, and the outstanding receivable of nearly $25 million remains a sizable claim on the balance sheet.
