**T-Mobile US (TMUS)** said on **Thursday, September 3, 2026** that **Jessica Uhl** will join the company as **CFO Designate** effective **mid-September** and will succeed **Peter Osvaldik** as Chief Financial Officer in **February 2027**. The wireless carrier framed the move as part of its *long-term leadership succession planning*, following Osvaldik's earlier **one-year contract extension** to support the CEO transition.

Osvaldik will remain CFO through the handover in February 2027, then take on a **Strategic Advisor role** until his planned retirement at the end of his contract on **July 1, 2027**. T-Mobile said the extended overlap is designed to preserve continuity across its financial organization, investor and capital markets relationships and broader strategic priorities.

Uhl arrives with a **30-year career** in large-scale global business. She was **Chief Financial Officer of Shell**, where she oversaw financial strategy, capital markets execution and investor relations for a company operating in **more than 70 countries**, and built out emerging businesses spanning infrastructure, commodity and consumer markets.

Most recently she served as **President of GE Vernova**, with responsibility for corporate development, strategy, ventures, research and development, and the company's **generative AI program**. T-Mobile pointed to that record in transformation, capital allocation at scale and deploying emerging technologies as the fit for its *next era of disruption, profitable growth and innovation*.

President and CEO **Srini Gopalan** said he was *thrilled to welcome Jessica to T-Mobile*, citing her *capital allocation expertise and an innovative growth mindset* after what he described as a thorough search process. On the outgoing CFO, Gopalan said *Peter's legacy at T-Mobile is extraordinary*, noting Osvaldik joined the company in **2016** and has been CFO since **2020**.

Importantly for shareholders, T-Mobile **reaffirmed its previously stated 2026 financial guidance** and said it maintains its **capital return program and long-term financial framework**. Gopalan pointed to growth ambitions in small markets and rural areas, broadband, T-Mobile for Business and *new adjacencies* as the agenda Uhl will help execute.

The disclosure was filed with the SEC on an **8-K** covering a change in directors or principal officers, with the announcement attached as Exhibit 99.1.
