BEAM GLOBAL (BEEM) Signs LOI to Buy European Drone Maker
Beam Global has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire an unnamed European drone and AI software company, aiming to build drones in its own US and EU plants.
Beam Global (BEEM) said it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a vertically integrated European drone technology company that develops, manufactures and sells drones along with a suite of proprietary, AI-enhanced drone software. If completed, Beam intends to build the drones in its existing factories in the United States and Europe and sell them to customers across its global footprint. The company did not name the target or disclose financial terms.
