Cenntro (CENN) has amended the private placement it agreed with a group of investors last month, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Under the First Amendment to the Securities Purchase Agreement, dated September 14, 2026, the electric commercial vehicle maker will issue and sell 15,120,000 shares of common stock for an aggregate of $57,047,760.
