Crown Castle (CCI) said on September 14 that Chief Financial Officer Sunit Patel has elected to retire effective March 31, 2027, after the filing of the company's 2026 Form 10-K. Kris Hinson, currently EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, will take over as CFO on April 1, 2027. In the same announcement, the tower owner disclosed that Chief Operating Officer Cathy Piche is leaving the company.
