ENLIVEX (ENLV) Terminates $66.7M-Share Private Placement With Rain Foundation
The Israeli biotech has scrapped a July agreement to issue 66,666,667 ordinary shares to the Rain Foundation, which had elected to pay in RAIN tokens.
Enlivex Ltd. (ENLV) told the SEC on 22 September 2026 that it has terminated the securities purchase agreement it signed on 27 July 2026 with the Rain Foundation, under which it had agreed to sell and issue 66,666,667 ordinary shares in a private placement. The company said it exercised its own termination rights under the contract.
