FARADAY FUTURE (FFAI) Cuts Convertible Note Payoff to $5.9M in Amendment
Faraday Future can settle a senior convertible note with $9.33M outstanding by paying $5.88M within six months, and interest stops accruing.
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (FFAI) has amended the senior convertible note it issued in May 2026, agreeing with the holder that a cash payment of $5,881,334 within six months of the effective date will count as payment in full. The note was originally issued in a principal amount of $10,000,000 and had $9,328,990 of principal still outstanding after the holder converted $671,010.
