Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (FFAI) said it believes it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market's equity standard as of July 31, 2026, after a series of liability reductions during July and August that lifted stockholders' equity by roughly $20 million. The company disclosed the update in an 8-K filing on September 17, 2026, and said it has kept that compliance through the date of its latest financial report.
