Heartflow (HTFL) chief financial officer Vikram Verghese sold a combined 33,416 common shares on the open market on 2 and 3 September 2026, according to a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The transactions are worth roughly $1.67 million in total.

The first sale, on 2 September, covered 5,876 shares at $50.60 apiece. That left Verghese holding 248,683 shares directly.

The following day he disposed of a further 27,540 shares at an average price of $49.6903, cutting his reported stake to 221,143 shares.

Both transactions carry the code S, which the SEC uses for open-market sales. That distinguishes them from grants, option exercises and tax withholding, which are logged under codes A, M and F and are routine compensation events rather than active decisions to sell.

The filing does not say whether the sales were made under a pre-arranged trading plan. Even after the disposals, Verghese remains one of the company's larger individual holders on paper, retaining more than six times the number of shares he sold this week.
