NCCN Guidelines Name ADAPTIVE BIOTECHNOLOGIES' clonoSEQ for Myeloma MRD Testing

Adaptive Biotechnologies (ADPT) said the National Comprehensive Cancer Network has strengthened its multiple myeloma guidelines around minimal residual disease testing, and that the company's clonoSEQ test is the only assay specifically named in those guidelines. The update adds a dedicated page on the Principles of MRD Testing and sets a sensitivity of 10-6 as the preferred threshold, with 10-5 described as the minimum recommended level.
