PDS Biotechnology (PDSB) filed an investor presentation with the SEC on September 21 that lays out a strategic refocus on PDS0301, its tumor-targeted IL-12 immunocytokine, following a September 2026 financing led by Nant Capital. The company says it is now seeking a strategic partnership or external funding for its other lead asset, the Versamune HPV16 cancer vaccine PDS0101, rather than funding further development itself.
