Pharma Equity Group has been notified that Interpatium – Promoção Imobiliária LDA has started proceedings before the District Court of Helsingør to have an arbitral award dated 12 June 2026 set aside. Under that award, Interpatium must pay the Danish company EUR 10.5 million plus interest and costs.

The company said it disputes the grounds for the proceedings and will protect the Company's interests throughout the legal process. No timetable for the court case was given.

Importantly for the cash position, the filing states that the commencement of the proceedings does not in itself suspend the enforceability of the arbitral award. Pharma Equity Group said it will therefore continue its enforcement efforts under the award.

The amount at stake is material for a company of this size. Pharma Equity Group is listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen's main list and its activity centres on advancing the drug candidates of its subsidiary Reponex Pharmaceuticals, which requires funding rather than generating it.

Chairman Christian Vinding Thomsen was named as the contact for further information. The announcement, numbered 11 for 2026, follows the group's consolidated interim report for the first half of 2026 published in August.

For shareholders, the practical question is whether and when the EUR 10.5 million is actually collected. The award stands for now, but the Helsingør case introduces the possibility that it is annulled at a later stage.
