PTC Therapeutics (PTCT) said it has completed the previously announced agreement with Sangamo Therapeutics to acquire ST-920, a BLA-stage, one-time administered AAV gene therapy for Fabry disease. The Warren, New Jersey company expects to complete a rolling BLA submission to the FDA seeking accelerated approval in the fourth quarter of 2026.
