STAR BULK (SBLK) Raises €107.8M in Athens Offering, Wins Euronext Listing
The dry bulk shipper raised €107.8 million gross in a Greek public offering and secured approval for a parallel listing of all its shares on Euronext Athens.
Star Bulk Carriers (SBLK) said its public offering of new common shares in Greece brought in total gross proceeds of €107.8 million, or about $124.4 million, and that Euronext Athens approved the listing of all of the company's common shares on the Main Market of its regulated securities market on 15 September 2026. Trading in Athens starts under the same ticker used on Nasdaq.
