UBER Sells $182M of Aurora Innovation Stock in Open-Market Sale
Uber disposed of 29.4 million Aurora Innovation Class A shares at $6.2050 apiece, leaving it with 157.1 million shares.
Uber Technologies (UBER) sold 29,369,611 Class A common shares of self-driving technology company Aurora Innovation (AUR) on 15 September 2026 at $6.2050 per share, according to a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The combined value of the open-market transaction came to roughly $182.2 million.
